Designer Junko Nakagawa studied dance performance and was affiliated with a stage art production company and an accessory production company. In 1997, she launched the accessory brand "WHOWHAT" and joined the fashion brand "SHANTii" while working on costume production and styling for famous artists. Since the brand's 11th anniversary, she has expanded her activities to the apparel industry and regularly holds collections. WHOWHAT is a symbol or code that awakens the most primitive sense of self-transcendence, before the question of "who and what."
