How to order
1: Add to shopping cart <br>Once you have decided on the product, press the "Add to cart" button to proceed to the order process.
If you wish to continue shopping, please press the "Continue Shopping" button.
2: Complete the order process <br>Please proceed to register your address, phone number, delivery date and time, payment method, etc.
If you are a registered member, when you log in, your registered customer information will be displayed. Please confirm it and then proceed with the order.
*You can place an order without registering as a member.
Finally, a confirmation screen will appear, so check the details and confirm your order.
After you place an order, we will send an order confirmation email to the email address you registered. It usually arrives by the next business day, so if you do not receive it, please contact us here .

Also, when you make a purchase, you can register as a member by adding your details and setting a password.
Payment Method
You can choose from cash on delivery, credit card, bank transfer, PAYPAL, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Shop Pay.
Cash on delivery <br>Customers who use cash on delivery should pay the amount to the delivery company when they receive the product. Payment can be made by cash, debit card, or credit card. Payment in installments or revolving payments is also possible by card.
*The maximum cash on delivery amount for one shipment is 300,000 yen.
Regarding credit card payments <br>The following cards can be used.

If you wish to pay in installments: Many credit cards allow you to change to installment payments after payment has been completed. Please check with your credit card company in advance whether or not you can change to installment payments and how to change, before proceeding with your purchase.
Regarding bank transfers , we will send you an email with instructions on how to make the transfer.
Once confirmed, please make payment within 3 business days.

If you register as a member and make a purchase, you will receive points equivalent to 3% to 10% of the tax-excluded price of each item (depending on the item).
Points can be used for your next purchase, with 1 point = 1 yen.
*If the product is cancelled or returned, the points will be void.
Points are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
Each awarded point has an expiration date.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges
[In case of customer convenience]
Please note that we cannot exchange products unless there is a defect in the product upon receipt.
In the unlikely event of a defect, the product will be exchanged for a new one of the same type.
Please note that we do not accept any returns or refunds.
*Due to the nature of viewing on a computer or mobile device, the product image may differ slightly from the actual color. In addition, scratches and wrinkles unique to leather products, vintage processed products, and products due to the characteristics of the fabric or special processing are not considered defective products. (The color of the image is not considered a defect on our part. If you would like more information about the size, color, shape, texture, etc., please contact us before purchasing.)
[In the event of a defect at our store]
If the product is damaged, the wrong size, or there is any other defect due to our negligence, we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product. In that case, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. Please note that the product will be exchanged for the same product and returns/refunds will not be accepted. The deadline for the response will be within one week of receiving the product.
Basically, we only offer exchanges and do not accept refunds, but in some cases we may be able to offer a refund minus all shipping costs, cash on delivery fees (including 4% credit card fees if you pay by credit card), revenue stamps, bank transfer fees at the time of refund, and all other fees. Please note that in principle, we only offer exchanges.
Please note that we cannot accept exchanges or refunds if the deadline has passed, if the sale item, the price tag or other accessories have been cut off or the item has been damaged, if the item shows signs of use, if the item has been worn, etc. If there is a defect in the item, please be sure to contact us at least once.
[About cooling off]
The "cooling off" system applies to door-to-door sales. The cooling off system is not required for mail order sales. Please note that the cooling off system does not apply to our online shopping, as it is a mail order service accessed by customers.
