The number of buttons, the shape of the pockets, the location of the rivets, the color of the stitching, etc. have all been adapted based on the wartime model.
The size is one size larger than previous denim jackets.
Uses original tack buttons.
【material】
The fabric is 13.5oz Kibata denim, an analysis of the war model.
The yarn is unraveled from old clothes and spun using a weakly twisted, nep yarn containing cotton leaf waste.
The uneven shape reproduces the natural machine unevenness caused by the cotton blend and machine settings, and the rotation speed and shape of the weft thread have been changed compared to the warp thread based on analysis.
The color of the cotton itself is now produced in a whiter color through selective breeding, but in order to reproduce the creamy color close to the brown cotton of the time, American cotton (EMOT "Eastern, Memphis,
New Orleans, Texas).
It reproduces a darker indigo color than regular dye, without any additives such as sulfide.
