This is a heavy hat with a strong, solid feel, made with thick felt developed exclusively by Mountain Research, which has excellent molding power (volume of the curved hem) and shape retention (no loss of shape). The zipper is also easy to put on and take off. In addition to providing excellent support, the zipper can be easily cleaned to absorb sweat and dirt.
