The M-51 fishtail parka from N.HOOLYWOOD TEST PRODUCT EXCHANGE SERVICE (NHTPES) was launched in the 2016-17AW season and quickly became a popular item. This season, it inherits the specifications of the M-51 and faithfully reproduces the M-65 parka, a model designated by the US military in 1965 as cold weather clothing for extremely cold regions, with the specifications of that time. - Faithfully reproduced down to the smallest details, including the detachable hood, spindles at the waist and tail, buttons, and clasps.
-The body fabric is made of cotton polyester, reminiscent of the atmosphere of the time.
The quilted liner from that time has been updated to a padded coat with minimal stitching. The outer material is matte taffeta, while the inside is made of strong ripstop. Dot buttons have also been added, allowing the liner to be removed and worn on its own.
- The flap pockets are fleece lined hand warmer pockets.
