The denim is tapered towards the hem, giving it a beautiful line reminiscent of slacks. It has a crease in the center, making it easy to wear. The waist has slacks details, including a mar belt. The hem is also double-finished, so it can be lightly cushioned against your shoes, giving your feet a clean look. The fabric is 13.5 oz and is quite thick. It has a good balance of a firm silhouette and ease of movement. Enjoy the unique shape of denim that you won't get with wool pants.

We commissioned a denim manufacturer in Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture, to create what is probably the first fabric in the world. It is made from 100% organic cotton and dyed with genuine indigo from India. We have also devised a wastewater treatment process to reduce the impact on the environment in addition to conventional denim products. Normally, when dyeing with genuine indigo, the dye reaches the core of the thread, so you cannot enjoy the unique color fading of denim, but with this fabric, we used rope dyeing, which can only be done in special factories, and does not reach the core of the thread. This is a one-of-a-kind denim made with selvedge x organic cotton x genuine indigo rope dyeing.
