With pole holes on the four corners to accommodate a tarp, and additional details like those found in clothing (a toggle on the placket, fasteners on both sleeves for fastening, and a drawstring adjustment on the hood), this is an ambitious piece that takes a single piece of fabric and makes it as wearable as possible.
