Aisai City in Aichi Prefecture is blessed with rich soil. <br>It is known as one of Japan's leading matcha producing areas.
The tea leaves produced here do not meet the quality standards for beverages,
The fabric is dyed with tea using leftover matcha powder.
It is a lean and sustainable method. <br>It also has functional properties such as antibacterial and deodorizing effects, mainly due to tea catechins.
