This item is a PIER39 update of the iconic American down jacket.
The diamond quilted fabric is filled with a generous amount of down, providing excellent heat retention and performing well even in the middle of winter in the field.
The biggest feature is the detachable sleeves designed like action pleats.
If you remove the sleeves, it can be used as a down vest.
The armholes also feature hand warmer pockets, which are the brand's icon.
It comes with a removable hood, which provides extra protection against the cold around the head.
