Trans Antarctica Fleece Jacket
Trans Antarctica Fleece Jacket
COLOR
・Black Jade 2
In 1989, an international team made up of members from six countries, including Japan's leading adventurer Keizo Funatsu, attempted to cross Antarctica with the aim of raising awareness of the importance of the environment and peace, and all members reached the finish line safely in March 1990.
This fleece jacket is designed based on the clothing worn by the Antarctic crossing team at the time.
The lofty micro fleece material, made from used PET bottles, is lightweight yet highly insulating.
Large ventilation under the arms allows steam to escape, allowing for quick temperature regulation inside the garment.
When combined with a windproof shell, it can be used in a variety of ways during the winter.
Adopts an electrostatic care design that suppresses the generation of static electricity.
The flags of each country that took part in the Antarctic crossing are featured on the right chest and back, and a "TransAntarctica Expedition" silicone patch is placed on the left arm.
