The spring/summer classic caterpillar is made with an original Vibram® sole.
The material, Vibram® NEWFLEX, is based on foam and natural rubber, and is both lightweight and durable.
In terms of details, an original texture that combines grip and design is used on the toe and heel, and improvements have also been made to the toe spring and kamaboko shape, updating the design and functionality.

This was the first time that Vibram attempted a NEWFLEX sole this thick, but after much trial and error, they were able to bring it to market.

The upper material is made of extra thick cowhide that has been tanned to expand and soften it.
This leather is used on the foot side of the upper, and the surface is made firm with rubber-coated cow leather.

Taking advantage of the thickness of the leather, these sandals are both functional and visually appealing.
