Double Weave Twill Regular Collar Shirt

Based on the 90's twill BD shirt, this item has been arranged in a regular collar.
The placket and armholes are chain stitched to create a natural puckering, and fine thread is used for the fine stitching, aiming to create a casual shirt of dress shirt quality.
The outer fabric is a high-density double-weave twill made using 100/2 Supima cotton in both the warp and weft directions.
By not using a continuous machine for the pre-processing process, but instead using a more time-consuming jigger machine, we are able to give the fabric more fluffiness without putting any tension on it.
Furthermore, by eliminating the mercerization process, you can feel the original fluffiness and texture of cotton.
During the finishing process, the fabric is kneaded with Nidom Bio to give it an even softer finish.
BLACK and SAND are sulfur dyed, and BLUE is reactive dyed.
*Please note that there may be some color variation as sulfide dyes are used and the product is processed using Nidom bio-processing.
