For the house made series, a new addition to the collection this season, the design was based on the concept of getting more involved in the production process within Hender Scheme's production team.
Compared to other inline shoes, this product has a large handmade element and is a product that rethinks its origins.
This series is positioned as the next step in the "making it ourselves" series that started with the assemble series, and each pair will be carefully crafted by both laicoS's production team and circulation team.
The upper's 'Vacchetta' leather is an ideal material for one-piece construction due to its thickness and elasticity from the oil, providing the perfect balance of fit and hold on the foot.
The midsole and outsole are attached with a bottom gauge that differs by a few millimeters from the inside to the outside, which is time-consuming but results in a three-dimensional, rounded shape.
This also gives the wearer a feeling of being wrapped up in the fit.
