The material is 14oz selvedge denim, reproduced by analyzing Levi's 66 model.
By blending several different types of uneven yarn, we have recreated the sharp vertical unevenness that is characteristic of 66.
The uneven yarns are arranged in a balanced way in the weave to create a fabric that has a natural feel.
The silhouette is a new wide tapered silhouette.
We created a unique pattern in collaboration with a pattern maker, resulting in a unique silhouette.
Unlike typical denim patterns, this pattern features a significantly different amount of fabric in the front and back.
The hip line is similar to that of trousers, creating a clean look and impression.
It is very thick at 14oz and difficult to handle (sew), and was produced by our factory's most skilled craftsman, Mr. Kamata, who put all his effort into making this product.
