This denim is woven slowly over time on a shuttle loom using rope-dyed short fiber nep yarn for the warp and high-quality Supima cotton for the weft.
Short fibers are deliberately used for the warp threads to create a fluffy, vintage feel with a textured appearance, while beautiful long fibers are used for the weft threads to create an elegant fullness and soft texture.
Each piece is carefully faded and distressed, showcasing the skill of seasoned artisans.
