【design】
Unconstructed single-breasted 3B jacket.
The lining has been removed for a lightweight finish.
Although the design is simple, many parts are hand-sewn, and the sewing specifications mean that it cannot be made on the lines of an existing jacket factory.
Although polyester is generally used for the collar core, we used hemp core (floss core). The base collar is made of brushed wool color cloth.
The fabric is intentionally left to pill when washed, but by hand washing and kneading it, it becomes soft and fits the collar well.
The color cloth and the linen core inside have shrunk, and the wrinkles around the neckline give it a great look.
The piping on the armhole seam is sewn on at the bottom with a sewing machine and hand stitched at the top.
The armhole piping is hand-sewn to be slightly wider, creating a natural roundness at the sleeve when worn.
While sleeve padding is generally attached to the sleeve side, here it is attached to the back of the body.
The welt pockets at the waist have split seams to create a nice fit.
The hidden cheek loop on the inner pocket has an extremely fine finish.
The collar, front edge, shoulders and armholes are edged
Finished with AMF stitching.
The products are washed with water during processing.
A grey colour with a strong blue tint typical of the 80's.
【material】
Fine silk spun yarn is used for the warp and linen yarn is used for the weft, and the fabric is woven in a high density plain weave.
The vintage processing gives the silk fibrillation, creating an elegant and casual look.
