This sweater, created in collaboration with Inoue Brothers, is a sweatshirt-style crew neck made from luxurious baby alpaca wool, which is the first cut of wool from alpacas less than one year old.
The sweater faithfully reproduces the iconic glove pocket of the TYPE B-3 JACKET, a flight jacket developed for heavy zones, using full vegetable tanned goat leather, with one attached to the right side of the body.
Alpacas grow up in natural environments and survive in harsh conditions, so their wool has many functions.
The fibers have a unique hollow structure that gives them temperature regulating properties that act as a natural insulator and help them cope with sudden changes in temperature outside.
Furthermore, it has a self-cleaning function that reduces body odor when exposed to air, has natural antibacterial and deodorizing properties, and its hair is less prone to pilling than wool or other animal hair.
